UNSU / JEJUNG / YUCHUN 「Ｗ」

The correct pronunciation... Although we were hesitating over whether it was "daburu" or "daburyuu", during the Dome rehearsal Junsu said "Shouldn't that be 'daburyuu'!", so we settled for "daburyuu" (laugh). 

After Tohoshinki went on a hiatus, around the time of the trio's 「THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME」, I was asked to write lyrics for a song they can sing in the Dome. 

At that time, I was entrusted with (writing) the real feelings of the trio. 

I'm sorry, but I can't tell you the details here. 

From here on, I will be writing about my own feelings... but I really felt that the 3 hoped to be able to work as 5 again. 

I believe that the 2 wish for the same, and so do the fans.

I was wondering "How do I pass on this message, containing these feelings, to the fans?" and came up with "If you have a message for Homin, will you entrust it to me?" through Twitter and Ameba. 

I remember at that time, there were fewer followers on my Ameba but through word of mouth, I received a lot of messages. 

No, I was entrusted with them.

Among them, there were messages written completely in hiragana so that the two would be able to understand... at that time I thought "Ah, if only I could deliver it to them personally..." and I felt really apologetic that I couldn't. 

From those messages, a great number contained the words "we're waiting for the day you return" and "we're protecting the place for you to return to".

When this song was sung at the Dome, when it was distributed, and when it was uploaded online... I received a lot of messages wanting to know the real meaning of the song.

There were also sharp comments like "Isn't it funny that they should sing about waiting when the trio were the ones who left?"

Because this song was written with the thought of conveying the trio's true feelings and not my own, with the trio in mind, I have kept my silence although I'm usually a chatterbox.

If I remember correctly, I was also careful not to talk about things that were too sensitive... 

However, with the non-promotions for 「The...」 and 「THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME」, the trio have not said anything and thus I've gathered my courage to write about this here. 


"W" is the symbol of 5 that belongs to all 5. 
"Waiting" is for the day all 5 work together again. 
"Protecting" is the power of the fans.

Those were my feelings, lyrics I had written after being entrusted with the messages from the trio and the fans.

About the right way to pronounce it… while I was still considering between “Daburu” and “Daburyuu”, at the rehearsal for Dome Jejung said, “That should be Daburyuu shouldn’t it!” so we decided on “Daburyuu” (LOL).

After Tohoshinki’s activities were suspended, when the announcement of the trio’s “THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME” was announced, I received a request to write the lyrics for songs that they can sing at Dome.

At that time, I was entrusted with writing about the real feeling of the trio.

I’m sorry but I can’t write the details about it here.

From now on, I’m going to write about my own feeling… but I could really feel that the trio are sincerely wishing to work as 5 again.

I believe that it is also the wish of the duo and of course, the fans.

I was wondering how I should convey that wish and feeling into a message to fans, thus I created a wrote something called “If you have a message to HoMin, would you tell me your message?” on Twitter and Ameba.

I remember that at that time, I didn’t have that many followers on Ameba, but thanks to everyone who spread it on the Internet, I received a lot of messages.

No, I was entrusted with them.

Among the messages, there are messages that are written in all hiragana so that the duo would be able to read them… I feel very apologetic because I can’t directly deliver the messages to them…


A great number of messages contain the words “We’re waiting for the day you will come back” and “We’re protecting a place for you to come back to”.

When the song was sung at Dome, went on the download chart, and was uploaded everywhere… I received a lot of messages on what the true meaning of the song is.

Among them, there are bitter comments such as “The trio already left, isn’t it funny to say that they’re still waiting?”

Since I wrote that song with the intention of conveying the true feelings of the trio and not my own, thinking of the trio, I’ve been keeping my silence to those comments even though I’m usually a talkative person.

I also made sure that I did not write about anything that is over-sensitive….

However, since they don’t have any promotion for “The…” and “THANKSGIVING LIVE IN DOME” this time and I didn’t receive any word from the trio thus I decided to gather my courage and write this.

Everyone. Sorry for the long wait! In the ELLEgirl August issue on sale now, there’s round 2 of Project Changmin in it! At the same time, backstage and other projects will continued to be uploaded online yo!
There’s something regretful I have to tell you this time…… Like in the issue last time, everyone must be waiting for the video interview, but in fact something bad happened, and there’s no video (tears). Right till the day before the shoot, we we’re hyped up for the video, and even prepared two teams! And even though we had such a great standby like that……! However, we have many photos and backstage interviews, so please wait for those.
Well moving on, about the magazine’s interview, there’s quite a bit we want to supplement.
First is visual.

This time we could only use two cuts, so it was really hard to select them~. We were worrying right until the end about one picture that we didn’t include, but we included it in the making page even though it was small, and yet there’s also these other precious shots!
The arm’s muscles somehow look manly and cool! That was what we thought, but because it covered the face, sadly it didn’t get chosen. Such a casual pose too, just doing it without being requested to is really amazing!
Next is the interview.
First is “the things fans ask for don’t feel real”. This, is of course not because you “totally can’t feel it”, I gathered some statistics that would create a great reaction(online PV viewership numbers, data like that) and told him, and he was surprised by it, having a nuance and said “I didn’t realise that it was that good”. Then, because he was such a modest character, he spoke humbly like “no no, I’m not that good……”.
For example, when there’s clothes that fit him well and everyone praises him, he would go “no no, not at all”, and says things like, he saw his own looks already and has no confidence.
By the way, we told Justin Bieber that “you’re really popular now”, and he smilingly said “Thank you!” without a hint of modesty (laughs). As expected of an American. This might be a culture difference!
Anyway, about how passionate Changmin’s fans are, I told him clearly already, so please don’t say saddening things like “Why didn’t you tell him!!” anymore~.
Then, about the talk of him receiving energy from his family and lover, many related that to him having a girlfriend right now. From Changmin himself, he said “Although I don’t have a girlfriend” purposely before answering that question, and thought of it only as a ‘maybe’ situation! A gentleman that thinks of his lover over his friends. Japanese men might not have this idea! Different from what we’re talking about just then, Korean men are more like Westerns, I think they have a deep culture of treasuring women~. Lovely☆
Written in the making page of the magazine there’s the online project of “The Ultimate Choice”, and in the following week, there will be around four entries made. Look forward to each time, and please choose to have this or that! Even though there were near 20 questions, we thought he’ll just answer them however, but he took the time to think through each one of them to answer us…… he’s so serious! -That was what the manager said (laughs).
Without further ado, at the pace of a week, we’ll continue through with Project Changmin, don’t miss it!

On Sunday, I already wrote a little bit about story of 3 people concert, Jejung, Yuchun, and Junsu in Tokyo.

The concert was very impressive, but of course as always, Junsu’s singing and dancing was the best.

There, I also met the stylist who was responsible for the special edition feature which is now in the middle of sale, and the stylist said that Junsu purchased the whole attires he wore at page 90. The attires consist of tweed jacket and a pair of matching tuxedo pants, he already said during the photographing session that they’re his favorite, but seemed that he’s truly loving them.

Junsu, he really has eyes on fashion, somehow, I think it’s a nice story to share.

[INFO] 100614 Ex-SOLID Member Jung Jae Yoon Mentions TVXQ In Blog

Been writing songs for a Korean group DBSK (or better known as TVXQ in Japan)...They've been the best selling group in Asia basically crushing everyone's sales...They actually make up for 40% of all revenues made by Avex Japan...That's HUGE!!! Too bad my old group SOLID sold 4 times more than them tho...hahaha! But of course...different generation...^^ Anyways, this is sort of "top secret" but I guess what better place to talk about "top secret" projects than a public blog like this one? haha...Basically, DBSK used belong to SM Entertainment in Korea...For those of you who don't know what that is...It's basically one of the biggest entertainment companies in Korea...Anyways, 3 of the 5 members recently defaulted and sued SM Entertainment for "slavery" contracts (I can explain about that...but that will take 10 pages...). So 3 of them are releasing a new album under a their own company...and me (aka "yours truly") got involved...Basically, it's a huge collaboration project featuring the 3 guys from DBSK and the biggest A listers in the US...as of now...being Kanye West and Timbaland...To make the long story short...we're working on the album as I type...and will fly to Hawaii to record at Kanye's house...and then possibly go to LA or Miami to record with Timbaland...This is by far THE biggest budget project EVER in Asia...PERIOD! And the reason for the secrecy besides the obvious media frenzy it will cause...is because SM Entertainment is PISSED OFF about them leaving...and I don't wanna step on anyone's toes...but as usual...Oh well...It is what it is...

BTW...Here's a pic of DBSK...For all the Latin fam...No...It's not "Menudo"...! haha...

JYJ Live

I went to.
First day of Tokyo Dome.
In fact, this is my first time went to Tokyo Dome.
Yuchun, Jejung, Junsu. The fan service was so nice. and it’s cute too.
But Jejung handsomeness was passing over all men handsomeness.
The most important part, TOKYO LOVELIGHT.
It was great. They had sung the song in front of 50,000 audiences it’s really amazing.
The audiences were hype as well, I was really happy.
Nearly I cried. Truly thank you. I felt that they’re loving it (this song) because they pulled it on stage very well.
It was a really great live, I was surprised they did good elaborate even to the songs which I knew well.
Damn good singing.
I could catch a glimpse effort of them to be top artists.
Jejung said something towards the end.
In my opinion, he is a person with such strong sense of responsibility. He really thinks about his fans.
I think I’m gonna continue supporting them in the future.

This week’s guest is XIAH junsu-san whose solo single was released on 5/26.

We’re going to ask him about his first musical challenge last year; for example, what songs do you sing? etc.
Maybe we’ll be able to hear him sing live too!!

Besides, seems like he’s been into composing these days.
When we asked about what his worries and troubles at works; he said that it is his diet, that after 6pm, he doesn’t eat and only drinks!
He thought that it would become a good diet, and it would be good for his health too!!
And he’s been doing it for 2 months!

Then, about yesterday’s talk.

After YUI-chan, at TV Asahi we had a meeting arrangement with Junsu-kun.
About his solo, we talked clearly about it.

What was surprising, is his calmness in speaking Japanese.
Whenever he seemed to have a miss, he would talk to staff-san… and tried to rephrase it mostly.

His Japanese skill was definitely convinced.

And… about M Sta (T/N: Music Station) appearance he looked so pleased to be able to do it… to the extent that he seemed to look forward to that.
