[TRANS] 101113 JYJ, US Fans Go Wild At The New York Showcase "Wonderful JYJ"


JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu), who are currently participating in their worldwide showcase tour for their global debut album 'The Beginning', released photos from their showcase in New York that ended successfully with an explosive response from US fans.
JYJ held their first US showcase at the Hammerstein in Manhattan, New York at 8pm on the 12th.

US fans who filled the performance hall, that was able to hold a total of 3000 people, left the venue shouting "Wonderful! JYJ" and cheering for JYJ's live performances.

One US fan living in New York stated, "Through Billboard, I was able to learn about JYJ, who worked with Kanye West, and I fell in love with their music and showmanship so I came to watch their performance today," and "The performance that JYJ showcased today was so powerful that it will stay engraved in my mind for a long time."

Over 7000 fans from various parts of the East Coast were seen standing in line to see JYJ from as early as 6am in the morning though the venue could only hold 3000 people.

One representative stated, "Even before we started, many fans gathered near the performance venue causing traffic congestion, but the showcase was able to end well with no major accidents."

JYJ, who finished their first US showcase in New York, stated, "We feel as though we've been rewarded for all the preparation we've been doing for our worldwide debut. As this is a worldwide album, we were hoping for a positive response from the USA; in the end, it was a really joyful and electrifying experience."
