onhap News released this news on the 13th of December whereby SM Entertainment stated that UKnow YunHo and ChoiKang ChangMin will be making a comeback as TVXQ with 2 members. TVXQ will release their new album next year on the 5th of January and also their new single in Japan on the 26th of January.

This is a new album from TVXQ after 2 years and 3 months after the release of their 4th album “Jumon-Mirotic” in September 2008. The duo finally is making an official comeback after being inactive for approximately one and a half years. TVXQ had gained much support as a result of their perfect and magnificent stage performances. Their comeback as a duo has attracted a lot of attention with respect to their music as well as their fashion concepts.

Last month, TVXQ revealed the news of their comeback and also of the release of their new album on the 5th of January 2011 on their official fan site. Since this is TVXQ’s new album after 2 years and 3 months since September 2008’s release of the Mirotic album, the new album has gained much attention globally. The album includes various genres of songs that depict a more adept and skillful performing abilities of UKnow YunHo and ChoiKang ChangMin. The concept of the style for this album also shows a more charming side of the duo. Everyone is really looking forward to its official release after a teaser photo showing the new concept was released on the 13th of December.

In the promotion pictures released after the announcement of their comeback, the duo posed as angels in black and white, completely different from the previous delicate concepts that they had. Fans who saw the promotion pictures commented that they were not shocked by their new concepts at all, but they couldn’t recognize them and that those are really unexpected new concepts.

SM Entertainment said that UKnow YunHo and ChoiKang ChangMin put their hearts into recording the songs, thus making the album more complete and fulfilling.

[News] 101123 TVXQ to come back in 2011!

SM Entertainment revealed on the 23rd via TVXQ’s homepage, “2011, TVXQ will be returning to you all.”

SM released a statement saying,

“After the 3 TVXQ members left, for over a long year, both U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin have refrained from musical activities.

The two members as well as the company wanted to keep TVXQ alive, thinking about the never changing hearts of our loyal fans who have waited a long time.

As indicated by the ruling, all of TVXQ’s activities need to be done through SM, unfortunately, the three members that left have regretfully not responded to any of our offers for activities as TVXQ. After long and careful consideration, we made this decision.
